Another Way

Times are strange, and I'm feeling down
Something's got to change
Or it's gonna change me now.

As I reach out, I see you reaching in
All that's gone you help me put back in.
Stop the pain, and I walk again
I can see another way.

I'm going through some changes,
They got the best of me.
You helped me find the answers,
To do what's right, with what's left of me.

It's got a hold of me,
And my weakness makes it strong.
Got to find the key
To unlock where I belong.

As I stand up, you're standing next to me
And with each step you help me see
The past I'm holding on is really gone
And I see another way.

As the sun comes up, and I look around
I can see the growth that grows all around me now
I know I'm not alone, and I'm feeling safe
I am strong
It makes me proud that I can say
Nothing can go wrong or come into my space
That I can't face.

I'm going through some changes
They got the best of me
You helped me find the answers
To do what's right, with what's left of me.
